Champs Learning hereupon shall be identified as (CL) is the trading name of Shining Stars (London) Limited.
All teaching and assessment will take place at the respective centres. Our main head office address is Suite 9, Neal’s Corner,No.2 Bath Road Hounslow TW3 3HJ.
For online classes, the teacher’s own location will be the premise of teaching and student’s own location will be learning premise.
The course comprises of the topics in the Champs Learning brochure as detailed in the National Curriculum for school subjects. For 11 Plus, the topics will be as known to be tested in most of the 11 plus exams. However, some topics may be subject to alteration or change without notice.

Tuition will be provided by qualified and experienced tutor/s. All teachers are DBS certified
All payment instalments are to be paid by the 1st of each month according to the agreed amount. All course fees are payable one month in advance by cash, cards, personal cheque or Direct Debit and has to be made payable in the name of CHAMPS.
A non-refundable registration fee of £25.00 per child will be charged at the time of enrolment.
Regular courses require the equivalent of one monthly rate as a deposit. If you wish to interrupt the contract, we ask for a minimum 30 days’ termination notification in Advance in writing or you will forfeit the deposit.
You are required to pay before the end of June or latest by 2nd week of July to Block the seat, as places run out very quickly. If you decide to withdraw it must be 15 days before the course commencement or you will forfeit 10% of the total fee paid.
Please note, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that the child attends each session of the course to gain the maximum benefit from the course.
In case of any unavoidable circumstances the child remains absent; please notify the Champs Learning’s Administration as soon as possible.
If a child misses a lesson for any reason, the class will not normally be repeated or refunded, without prior arrangement with the Management or exception of long term (more than 3 weeks consecutively) illness certified by GP or without prior arrangement or agreement with Champs Management.
Any child suffering from any form of contagious illness will not be admitted to the class for concerns of health of other children. Should a child be taken ill during a session, the named parent/guardian will be informed immediately and will be expected to collect the child as soon as possible
To gain the most from this course CL recommends that the child completes the assigned homework on daily basis. The faculty of CL will provide a feedback on the completed homework.
Misbehaviour towards any of the tutors, staff of the company, or any of the other students will not be tolerated at any time.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to bring their child into to the venue before their lesson and to collect them promptly at the end of the session. Children will not be permitted to leave the premises under any circumstances unless accompanied by named parent/guardian.
Children will only be released to named adults unless prior notification has been given. In the event that you are unavoidably delayed, please inform us by calling the Champs Learning Administration team on 020 3004 9007
We strongly discourage late collection of children in the interest of safety and well-being of the child.
Our tutors are subjected to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). There is also a qualified first aider on site throughout the duration of the course.
Fire prevention, precautions and equipment are reviewed and checked regularly. Emergency evacuation procedures are practiced throughout the year at the premises.
Please note that, in the interests of safety, CL does not allow mobile phones to be switched on during the entire sessions. We strongly advise that valuables and gadgets of any kind are not brought on to the premises. CL does not accept liability for any damage or loss to property while the child is on the premises.
It is the responsibility of parents to make applications to various schools (advice can be provided by Champs Learning if required). It is advisable for parents to visit schools of their choice on appointed open days in the autumn term before the deadlines.
CL does not guarantee a successful outcome in the exams but guarantees the efforts on teaching and the commitment of its staff.
Inability to execute lessons If CL is unable to fulfil any services due to events beyond our control i.e. climatic, criminal, strikes etc. we will not be held liable.
All of Champs course materials are subject to copyright. Photocopying or any other means of reproduction are strictly prohibited without written permission from Champs Learning Ltd. Any unauthorised reproduction will be subject to legal proceedings.
Any problems should be first discussed with the admin staff at CL who will make every effort to address the grievance. Should the problem remain unresolved, it should be raised with Champs Learning in writing or requesting an appointment. The matter will be investigated, and the outcome will be communicated on the phone and in writing within 5 working days.
By signing the registration form you are agreeing to the storage and use of the information you have supplied for administrational purposes only.
I/we have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and accept them without any objections. I/we guarantee that I/we shall remain personally liable to the company for all sums due under this and any other connected agreement and time of payment shall be of the essence.
I/we shall be liable for and shall indemnify the company against all costs and expenses (including any legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred or sustained by the company in enforcing any of the above mentioned terms.
The timetable is set for term time of the year. We follow this time-table unless some natural calamity, unavoidable emergencies or government instructions ask us to change it. We expect student and parents to follow the same. During the half term, our classes are running unless we have announced it as a holiday in our calendar. The timings during the term break are different than regular weeks. Our team will communicate to you about these changes closer to the term break.
Our course fees are for tutoring sessions only. The books, tests, counselling and workshops are complimentary to our students.
Books are provided by Champs Learning as complementary. If you are not able to collect your books on the said dates, and you wish us to post them to you, you need to pay a postage charge of £10 per set of books
We expect that every student will take care of books and academic content provided by Champs learning. If you lose your books and you need an extra copy then you need to pay £25 per book.
Workshops during half terms are complementary to our regular course students.
Although attendance is not mandatory, we insist that the students are benefitted from these workshops on many concepts.
The dates for three workshops will be announced closer to the half terms.
