Mr Victor has more than 5 decades of experience in education and enjoyed leaderships roles at many leading educational establishments and universities such as Croydon College London, Teesside Business School, University of Teesside, Leeds Metropolitan University, University of Central Lancashire, University of Huddersfield, North East Worcestershire College.

He has been consulting many educational institutes and organisations such as Imperial College London, London Gifted & Talented Trust UK, Qualification & Curriculum Authority UK, Birmingham City University and Defence Academy of the United Kingdom.

He also enjoyed the responsibility as Executive Director at Learning & Skills Council.
